Your home page features your currently reading books, your recent reading events (finished or dropped books), the latest reviews from your instance and some quotes at the bottom

On top the search bar search allow a quick search through titles, to search authors, tags, or isbns go to advanced search

the reviews card shows two links : the date takes you to the review detail, the book title takes you to the book page with all its reviews
